faulty explorer

i have internet explorer and its not working and i'm tryin
to delete it and now i have netscape but internet explorer
keeps startin up wen i access some apllications and ive
uninstalled it i think can anyone help me

Tools/Internet Options/Programs/
In the bottom, IE should check....
Disable that option.
