Hiya

can anyone please help with this.
I get this error everytime I close IE6.

Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module
shdocvw.dll, version 6.0.2900.2518, fault address 0x0001408d.

Thanks

Hi Louise,

Open Windows Explorer, copy shdocvw.dll from
C:\Windows\servicepackfiles\I386 to the C:\Windows\System32 folder.
Overwrite if prompted. You may need to set folder options to see hidden and
system folders to do this.

Hiya Rick

thanks for replying...
when I try and do this, its tells me the file is in use and to close any
applictons which may be using it. Despite closing everything, it just wont
copy across...

Any clues please?

Thanks

Louise

Hi Louise,

Click start/run, type msconfig and click ok. On the general tab select
diagnostic mode. Click apply/ok and reboot as directed. Then try it. Reverse
the steps to restart normally.
