Windows Server 2K3 SP2 Standard Edition with I.E. SP2 Version 6.0.3790.3959;
Server displays the following pop up/error sporactically only to what seems
like domain admin users: "Faulting Application IEXPLORE.EXE, version
6.0.3790.3959, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address
0x53fd380a. Other events are logged as well: 4:39pm Application Hang, Evt
1002 - EasyPrint_3Months.exe; 5:08pm Application Hang, Evt 1002 -
rundll32.exe; 5:22pm Application Hang, Evt 1001 - Fault Bucket 395###..;
6:44pm Application Hang, Evt 1002 PPReport.exe; 6:44pm Application Hang, Evt
1001 - Fault bucket 416###...; 7:20pm Application ERROR, Evt 1000 -
IEXPLORE.EXE. Other applications that seem to be hanging are PPReport.exe,
Rightcad.exe, RCadmin.exe, i_view32.exe. There's no pattern to the occurance
or freqencies of when these hang of the Pop up/error message is displayed. I
did try the link included with the popup, however, no helpful information was
found from Microsoft. There are 2 other servers running the same
applications which are published with Citrix that don't experience these
issues. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
