FATAL EXECUTION ERROR

I hope someone can help.
On start up and while I'm online I get a Fatal Execution Error mssg
with a code under it (0x7926fcd8). Then a message about WJVIEW saying
-could not execute MAIN file. File not found. Then another mesage
about Notify ALERT- COMMON LANGUAGE RUNTIME DEBUG.

I'll click on OK to all these abut on certain applications on line the
whole thing will freeze and I have to end the program and start it
again.
Any clue? :?:
