I have a PC that had their .pst file go above 2 GB. As
you know this caused the .pst file to be corrupted. To
repair this I have attempted to split the file into two
smaller ones and then run the Inbox Repair Utility. It
repairs the file okay but when I recreate the personal
folders from the repaired file the folder is empty even
though the file size is 1GB. I can't figure out how to
see the recovered files.

It may be bacause I am breaking the file into two smaller
sizes and not merging them back together because the
program I am using does not merge after scanpst fixes the
files.

Does anyone have another solution to this problem? I
heard MS had a repair utuility for .pst files that go over
2GB but I can not find it anywhere. Thanks

Here is the Microsoft PST crop tool which you can use to decrease the file
size enough for it to be opened in Outlook.
