I have an external firewire drive partitioned into 2 FAT32 volumes.

I was copying some files today to my WinXP box and got a CRC
check error on one of the volumes. Now it shows up as an unformatted
partition. What can I do to recover the data on that partition?

Thanks,

Jim

Use some recovery software. I like Easy Recovery Pro, but it isnt free.

Try PCI File Recovery, good and Free
www.pcinspector.de/file_recovery/UK/welcome.htm

You Must install this, and Save to Another volume
