Is anyone familiar with using text in FastStone Viewer? I've done the batch
conversion and I've clicked the advanced option to choose Text. However when
I select a photo and try to type any text, it will allow me to creat a text
window but the characters I type do not appear in the box. Once in a great
while, they do but it can't be this difficult. Can anyone tell me what I'm
doing wrong?

Sounds like you are trying to add text
to multiple files...

Ok....Tools / Batch Convert...

Browse to the files you wish to edit and
add them to the left pane by selecting the
files and clicking the Add button.

Now go to...Advanced Options / Text tab /
check the "Use Text" box.

Choose your font size, color, position , etc...

Left click / drag your pointer across the
existing text in the box to highlight it and
start typing.

Your text will appear in the bottom pane...
click...OK...Choose an output folder / Start /
Yes / Done.

I hope I didn't leave out any steps :o)

Hi John.
It should go very well. You have all the steps!
Faststone just get better and better with each new update. Little things are
added to make it useful in many ways. Hope people send a little contribution
after using it, this is a great free photo viewing/editing software.
I think we contributed here, in this newsgroup, to make it popular.
