It's getting better and better. The author is very responsive to requests.
The author is not kidding when he says the performance is improved because
it's now extremely FAST. The program is totally green and portable. It does
build an ever-growing picture database file, but I'm sure many would not
find it objectionable. However, the DB file can be deleted every few days or
weeks and started fresh. In fact, everything but the EXE can be deleted and
is re-built on launch. The EXE is perfect for burning on a photo CD or DVD.

Release Notes:

Old Pictures Effect is updated.
Right-click menu on thumbnails is enhanced.
Copy/Move to folder is possible.
Open With external (other) programs is possible
Delete the image file in full screen by simply press Del key
Do not use any windows registry, store settings in application folder
Performance improved
Minor bugs fixed

Nicer than I thought.

I played with it for 30 minutes this morning, and found a TON of nice
features. The "Crop Board" and auto-hide flyout menus in the full screen
mode are cool, unique and very useful!
