Fastfind.exe started running two processes and is taking
up all memory. What up?

It's a well-intended part of Office that really has no helpful use and you
should get rid of it. Removing it is a little tricky, but there are exact
steps. Go to http://winsupportcenter.com/win4/kbcomm.htm and click FindFast
at left. Pick the article for your version of Office.
