But this is a much more pertinent place for people to exchange information
about Vista games.

Why would they want to go to your crappy website?

And, if you do insist on posting to all the microsoft.public.windows.vista.*
newsgroups at least show some common sense and cross-post instead of
multi-posting.

I realize you and your family are hungry and want to make a few bucks.

But if you are not able to understand the courtesies of USENET then you will

Your ridiculous need to insult someone's posting instead of giving
relevant information suggests your site is similarly managed.
If you can only criticize here, perhaps that is all that can be
expected of you there.

Both top and bottom posting are correct in these Microsoft newsgroups.
You may be able to control how people post on your site, you you are
WRONG to attempt to impose your posting belief on newsgroups out of
your control.
You should learn some courtesy.

I have been nothing but courteous, I have not insulted anyone unlike the guy
slagging off VRG for no reason what so ever, I just thought it was a good
place for people to go and see what games are actually fully working with
Vista. The search for solution function on the site can get you instant
results without the need for scrolling through countless threads/posts. So
I'm sorry if I have upset anyone and was just making a resource available
for those who would like to use it.

useful. The spam aspect is iffy. Sure, it wasn't in response to anything.
I've got a Vista site, too, but I have it in my sig (which I get some flak
for, but oh well...), and the email address (spam, a little, but I like to
put it there so people can contact me if they need to to argue off the
group, or ask a question directly). I'll link to the site if needed for an
article or something. But, only in response to a post.

But the VRG site isn't bad, it helps a lot of people. I'd like to see the OP
in here helping others, and linking to the site that way, rather than just
post an ad for the site. But, it wasn't too intrusive.

Not spam at all......VRG is a message board revolving around Vista. I
for one am glad someone has taken the time to do such a service for all
of us Vista users.

Spam to me is an unwanted ad to buy something. Not useful information.

We will never or have ever "Spamed" the forum at all.
This is a free forum for everyone to use.
Some people take us the wrong way, let me explain.
VRG is owned by 3 people, ordinary working people.

VRG Scotty, a Local Council IT Supervisor
VRG Carl, a Promotions Manager and Consulant
VRG Admin, a Construction Manager

We choose to spend our money on VRG and give our spare time to help others.
Sorry if this offends people on here.
Please just ignore or killfile any of our threads or posts if you dont want
to see them.
A lot of Vista users dont know that the MS usenet is here, glad we can help
them through search engines.
