Studies have shown that when you leave your CAPS LOCK on your computer slows
down by 30-40%.

Great answer! (Note for the OP: Writing everything in capitals is called
"shouting" in newsgroups. People don't like being shouted at.)

On a more serious note: Please supply full details about your problem, i.e.
what exactly makes you think that your PC is running more slowly than
before.

Also: Do you have an up-to-date virus scanner installed?

Maybe the orthodox thinking about CapsLock issue should be relaxed...
More adults and elders meet the computers and the Internet; A few get used
to type w/o the glasses; The glasses cannot help everyone; etc...
From the other side, Ronda perfectly knows how to use the Shift key :) and
probably is a "blind" typist.

Seeing that posters ask and receive assistance free of
any charge, it would be in their own interest to observe
proper netiquette. Many respondents will not get involved
with posters who ignore this etiquette.

I know, I know...
The 'Net community has been growing rapidly and extremely quick; 30 years
old netiquette means to the newbies just the same what the parents opinion
means to their teens or 5 o'clock to former British colonies. One may
pretend being dandy and snob, but it doesn't make much sense. Everything is
relative, and everything is changing for better or for worse.

As always, reminders of proper manners should be done with
the same proper manners, no need to get rude. I'm not
saying this poster is being rude.
The Bible states do not Discipline your child with anger.
but with love. not an exact quote but you get the idea.

Don't let the pursuit of proper manners blind one to
lending a helping hand to one in need.

Agree, nobody wants to be rude. Just when you bother to answer and say
'Check your spelling' only, this 'joke' might sound rude.
