Fast Shut down keystroke

Yes, the same one used for XP,
Create a shortcut as follows:
c:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe -s -t 00
When the Icon is installed on the desktop, right click it and click change
Icon,
select the shutdown Icon you want.

If you drag the shutdown Icon to the Quick launch tool bar it only takes one
click of your mouse.

Another one to try is for a fast reboot as follows:
c:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe -r -t 00

I use the brown colored UP arrow Icon for this one.
