Is it possable to make one clip play fast motion for a comedic effict or slow
motion? I still want the rest of the movie to run normal. Thanks Carl

Select the clip and add the
Speed Up, Double effect.
or the ...Slow Down, Half effect.

Thanks, that works for me but being new to this I did have to look around to
find it.
