Fast access to recent folders

In Outlook 2003 I often want to open a folder that I recently accessed (i.e.
recently opened or recently "moved" a message into). Favorite Folders work
well for the ones I open frequently on an on-going basis but an automatically
maintained list of recently accessed would be great also.

A nice option on the "Move to" icon would be to allow one to right click on
any of the folders listed and select "Open"

Another idea would be a menu entry or icon that was simply a 'open recent
folder' list. It would list last 20 folders, click on one and that one
opens. My bias would be to not include folders in one's Favorite list in
this list.

Try using the Backspace key. It will take you back through the folders you
most recently used, one by one.

Thanks .. I use alt left/right arrow for the toggle through folders
(backspace is one less character so thanks) but I'm hoping for a "direct
access solution" of clicking on a list of "recent folders" that automatically
reflects my usage over last couple days whereas the toggling through folders
only works well for the last few folders. Also I'd like folders into which I
file messages added to the list since I often want to file a message and then
review that message with some of the other messages in that folder.

I got to this discussion group by clicking in Outlook Help>ContactUs and
then clicked "make suggestion" .. I hope this is the right place to make a
suggestion into Outlook developers
