Is there any generic driver or the Actual driver I can
install for XP for the Fargo Pictura 310e and Primera

Nothing for any of the NT range (NT, 2000 and XP) for any Fargo units.... if
it's an ink jet, you might want to try the HP Deskjet 500 driver which is
about the most generic there is.
