If you insist on continuing this OFF TOPIC bickering then I'll be
sending an abuse report you to your ISP. I urge everyone else who is
sick to death of these two to do likewise.

Hopefully they'll get their internet accounts binned and then we can go
back to posting about freeware instead of having to suffer hundreds of
OFF TOPIC posts about a quite frankly pathetic website.

Shut-up. Report me to mine to, you poor suffering bastard.

Their ISP:s will probably not take anything from you seriously
considering what your own messages look like, all capitalized and using
foul language, for example.

You do not understand what we are doing here, creating a list of the
best freeware through democratic voting in the newsgroup and working
together to present the result on a web site.

Such democratic processes need a lot of discussions in public.
This is what we do here in this newsgroup and have been doing for years,
if you don't like voluntary cooperation and democracy it is your
problem.

Both Genna and Susan have been elected to their positions by the
participants of this newsgroup and we will back them up against hothead
fools like you if you threaten or attack them.

While I sympathise with your frustration I don't think it's likely
that ISPs will see what is going on here as abuse.

There's nothing pathetic about Pricelessware. It's brilliant in both
conception and execution. There's no other website where one can find
a list of programs considered, discussed and voted upon by such an
informed group of people. It's rightly famous, well-respected and
heavily used.

Sadly, it is likely to be damaged or even disappear as a result of the
determined and pointless wrangling here.

I take your point Roger, but how about moving it to alt.comp
freeware.discussion ?

alt.comp.freeware.discussion is not distributed all over the world.
Only alt.comp.freeware is distributed globally.
That is why the .discussion newsgroup is not in general use, only those
who have that newsgroup can use it.

alt.comp.freeware.discussion is distributed to any newserver which
wishes to carry it.

The .discussion group is hardly used because the pathetic little clique
who should be using it for their childish bickering post in here
instead.

While wanting to stay out of the argument - what could I add usefully
anyhow? - I couldn't fail to agree with that statement 100%

There doesnt seem to be an FAQ posted regularly - or did i miss it
in the volume?

This page has information from last year - a discussion of this year's
timetable and revisions to the procedures will start fairly soon. . .

http://www.pricelesswarehome.org/acf/PL-Procedures.htm

FYI - the information page has links to that page and various other
Pricelessware/ACF web pages.

I started thinking something odd was going on in alt.comp.freeware
