Hi,

My name is Alexander Ramlow from Ramlowdesign and I am a distributor of an
extremely quiet computer system - the Mappit A4F. It is a german made
computer and is based on a VIA C3 and is fully fanless. Another good feature
is it's high energy efficiency (30W) and that it is fully dust-proof. It is
also available with a DC power supply with an input range of 8 to 42 volts -
instead of normal 115/230V input.
There are two version - a desktop version, which is almost as big as an A4
sheet, and a 19"-1U rackmount version. Both systems have a fully aluminium
custom built case, which makes it stand out from an ordinary PC. For
detailed specifications and prices please refer to our website at
www.ramlowdesign.com/products/a4f.htm or the manufacturers website at
www.mappit.de.

Kind Regards,

Alexander Ramlow

There are 100's of 'designs' based on EPIA boards:

EPIA boards here:

The 'designs' can be cobbled together in seconds. Unfortunately EPIA's
computing 'power' is extremely limited. The top of the range M10000 Nehemiah
is at best equivalent to a Celeron 733.

Hard drives make more noise than a properly designed fan type system.

And crappy performance. And we all know how "compatable" Via stuff has been
in the past! :-)
