Fan on my IBM notebook is not working...

I think it has failed for a long time, I only realized that lately since I
didn't use it intensively...
I bought it on 13th Jul 2002...

What shall I do with it?

I don't feel much hot from the keyboard though...

Some warantees are 3 years. Contact the manufacturer.
