Family Day in Ontario, Canada

Just recently Ontario has a new Stat Holiday called Family Day which falls on
the 3rd week of February every year. I noticed that Microsoft has updated the
Calendar to reflect this in the provice of Alberta. My question is this, will
Microsoft update the outlook.hol to reflect this change on the Calendar for
Ontario?

Why not do it yourself? The hol file is just a text file you can edit with
Notepad.
 
I've modified the file myself but I have to get this installed on 200 other
computers in my organization.
