Falsely identifying BI.EXE as spyware

BI.EXE on my PC is the BookIt executable, a program for
managing the itinerant booking of resources at a school.
It is being detected and reported as spyware, incorrectly
I think.

So use the reporting feature to send a report to Microsoft so they can
fix their next signature update to eliminate the false positive.
