I am trying to reach a Microsoft rep to discuss hazardous
effects of this Spyware on non-spyware software.

How can I reach someone - or - can someone from Microsoft
call me @ 973-974-6844?

Thanks...JD

Courtesy of a post by MVP Bill Sanderson:

Most here are end-users, rather than vendors, but here are URL's for the
criteria used to list software, and a form for the vendor of a given file to
dispute that listing.

Criteria for listing as spyware:

http://www.spynet.com/info_spywarecriteria.aspx

Form for vendors to dispute listings:

http://www.spynet.com/vendors.aspx

These sites have Giant's name on them but I have assurance that the
processes are still in place and these are where to start.

I tried filling out the dispute form the other day.
After putting a significant amount of time into filling
it out I got a "page no longer available" message.
Luckily I had copied all my answers onto a word file
before hitting submit.

JD, could you let me know if you had the same problem?

Thanks,
Christo

I am not going to fill it out because the page is not a MS
Page. I want the complaint to go directly to MS.

Thanks...JD

I am curious as to whether anyone using the online form
actually gets satisfaction. I fileld out the form on
behalf of eAcceleration Stop-sign, which has been seen
substantial harm by this beta, on January 6th and have
received no response whatsoever from Microsoft Security.

That page is, indeed, a Microsoft page. Microsoft acquired Giant Company
on December 16, 2004. Spynet was a component of that acquisition.

If you need reassurance that www.spynet.com/vendors.aspx is the correct
place for this, please review
