Failure to use Magic Partition

I have partitioned my HDD into two primary partitions. Drive C with WIN 2000
professional and Drive D with WIN XP.Both of drives with 20g.b each. Now I
want to distribute on of them into 15G.B and 5G.B for Data storage. How can
I go about using Partition Magic as I have already tried this and fail.

Please describe exactly what you did with PQMagic,
and how it failed.
