Failure against ErrorSafe

I get an starting unloading of the adware "Errorsafe" and it is my anti-virus
that send me an advise to stop the scan by this software. I stopped and I
still have on my PC some cookies left . Why Window Defender fails to sto the
attack of this adware ?
 
Unfortunately, the free version of Xoftspy is a scan only process, i.e., it
will not delete ErrorSafe; however, it will tell you what needs to be cleaned
up. I use Xoftspy as a final verification that I have removed all remnants
of certain spyware. I would suggest running Spybot S&D before running
Xoftspy. I would also check for any strange Browser Helper Objects (BHOs) in
Internet Explorer (Tools - Manage Add-ons) and disable the BHO.
 
Errorsafe will try to re-download after you delete parts of it, so make sure
you don't let it. I would use the Immunize feature of Spybot S&D as well.
