1) Please submit a Tools, suspected spyware report from your machine, and
name the critter Microsoft Antispyware is missing.
If you get an error message on this operation, recheck in Options whether
you've enabled communication with Spynet, and, if you have a third-party
firewall, check the firewall instructions linked to on the options page
where you enable that communication. (Options, Settings, SpyNet AntiSpyware
Community)
Have you tried scanning with Ad-aware in safe mode?
Restart your machine, and press the F8 function key before the first Windows
screen appears.
Do full scans with both products in safe mode. This often helps with
removal of items identified, but not properly removed.
