How you resolve it depends on when it happens. Is that the full text of the
error message? Or is there more (a part referring to a dll file or module)?

this happens when I right click on any file and it started happening after I installed all windows updates. I did a system restore and installed all the updates one by one and I restart the comp. after each one. As soon as I installed "update Rollup 1 for XP (kb826939)" this started happening. Do I need the update?
