failed to load resource.dll????

for some reason when i right click icons sometimes an
error message pops up saying failed to load resource.dll
then it pulls up the right click menu that it would
normally do. i searched for a way to fix it and somewhere
said to uninstall office and reinstall so i did that but
the message still pops up...anyone know how to fix?
please help
 
Does it specify which resource DLL is missing? With that information, we
could try reinstalling the broken shell extension.
