Failed to Create empty document?

My computer (OS: WinXP Pro SP2) runs excellent until last Friday before I
left my office.
My computer ran just fine this morning (Monday) but when I tried to
download a file using IE7,
I am getting following error: Failed to create empty document.
When I clicked Flashget icon, I am getting the same error.
Please advise me how to fix this problem. Thanks. Roman

Empty your Temporary Internet Files and try again.
 
I cleaned thoroughly cookies and temp files.
But I am still getting the same error.
Computer runs fine except this error.
