failed to convert a file to WMV format

I'm trying to learn video e-mail. Have a VEO web cam. It records fine but I
get a message 'failed to convert a file to WMV format' when I try to
attach/send. I'm sure there is a simple solution.

The add-on is downloaded from the Microsoft outlook downloads page...
how is it not an Outlook issue, is it not an Outlook add-on?
