Hello,
I am having a very weird problem and I really it. We have a PDCdon't know
how to fix that is a Windows NT 4.0 server and we also have few other
Server 2000. The case is that one of them (the most important!) can not
logon in the Domain. I don't know why.
The error that appears in the event viewer is the following:
"The session setup from the computer SERVER2000 failed to authenticate. The
name of the account referenced in the security database is SERVER200$. The
following error occurred: Access is denied"
I have read a lot of document in internet an the most intestesting is the
following:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/216393/EN-US/
The problem is that I have not the command ntdom.exe nor Nltest.exe
I also have not any other CD other than the Windows 2000 Server CD.
Until now, I have tried things like changing the name and IP address of
server 2000, I have also try to remove and add it from the server manager in
Windows NT.
Thank for any help or idea.
