Hello,
It pops up error message when I clicked Outlook, the error
said: "The Microsoft Exchange Address Book was unable to
log on to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer. Contact
your system administrator if the problem persists."
I had contacted to my company surpport and still couldn't
fixed. I could ping to email server(the server is win2000)
without any problem and I also could use "Outlook web email
access" with no problem. But I prefer use Outlook which was
used working for me. But after I acidentically deleted some
system files(I don't remember the name of specific files)
after ran a "Spy/Ad ware sweeper". I also re-installed them
from recycle folder. And also repaired install the OS -
windows 2000. I also Remove office 2000 and reinstalled 4
times. The Outlook 2000 is still problem. Do you know how
to fix my problem.
Many thanks,
Curtis
