I have just joined the phenomenon that is Facebook.

I was wondering is there an application that allows you to watch or monitor who browses or views your profile?

Yes there is you could try a search for it in the search box

but I think it will only work if the person that is viewing your profile has the application installled too.

Still a bit sceptical about facebook, sometimes I feel it's good to leave the past in the past. Then there is the security issue, that could be a leathel weapon for a stalker or someone intent on spying on you. Too much information about your life on there and you are just asking for trouble.
 
There have been a lot of scares about security wissues with facebook . It might pay you to check them out .

the fact that they are allowed to run your credit profile even after death is enough to keep me away. Who wants to pay more in interest because of the facebook bot running inquiries?
