you say that you will ship to europe,
but on the other side the explict noted options say USA only.

I will ship to Europe. I SAID SO! But I only gave postage for the USA
because postage to every other country varies by country and I'm not about
to give over 160 different shipping options! All you have to do is ask and
I'd tell you what the shipping cost will be -- as I've already done for
quite a few prospective bidders.
