F-secure Scheduled Scanning Problem

I installed F-Secure Anti-Virus Client Security v5.50.9371 (on Windows
XP-SP1) and I can't make the scheduled scanner work. It's configured
correctly but the scan doesn't start when the time comes.

Does anyone succeeded to make this scheduled scanning work?

Yes, I had the same problem. F secure tech support sent me an email and
said it relies on Windows Task Scheduler. I went into msconfig and turned
the service back on and, voila, F secure showed up as a scheduled task and
now it works.
