F-Secure, I look for info.

Hi, when my F-Secure antivirus finds some virus and it doesn't succeed
in disinfecting them, it renames them.
I'd like F-Secure deletes them!
How can I configure F-Secure so that it deletes them after "ask after
scan" ?

you don't... automatic deletion is a recipe for disaster... see there's
this little problem called "false positives" that could see the
automatic deletion delete files you need...
