Good job Chris, Hopfully i'll be up soon too. First jobs due to finish about 1-2pm, so you should have some company later! :D
 
Haven't seen this been posted before, so apologies if it has.


I found a cool stats site for (e-mail address removed), it can be found here - http://fahstats.com/

Thats a 'h' not a 'd' in the address like FaD! ;)
 
Yeah i noticed that, and you know what? I knew you'd be the first to spot us!! :p

Not a bad stats site really. The only grip i got with it is that Firefox puts it in a smaller window inside the browser window, and I.E Shows it full window. :(
One of the few sites i prefer in I.E, but hey i'll get used to it!! :)
 
hehe, I got about 4/5 'stats' sites bookmarked ... they all seem to have the same layout though, and, only go so far.

That's the first one I've seen with our name on it, so I bookmarked it as well ... eventually I'll just use one or two for our own news posts.

There is a lot more information out there than at F@H own site, or I'm finding it easier to find than at F@H :D

Found that Linux plug-in at one of them ... I already had the main program "SupaKaramba" just a quick RPM & was sorted ... don't have any direct control over F@H but a nice graphic of what is happening on the desktop is great to see ... 39% and counting. ;)

on fad:rolleyes: to shut down Sleep? on (e-mail address removed) what do you do>quit? or other?:)

Stop/Quit

never use sleep before shutdown

Leave the base unit on ... turn off the monitor. :D

Fad is out the window:rolleyes: (e-mail address removed) seems to be a lot better 350 out of 500 at the mo: so I shut down after quit yeh:thumb:

Now that is the problem I had with Fad? hence no points!
 
This is running on an AMD 64 3400+ Server in London.

So it must have full internet connectivity otherwise i wouldn't be able to read that error ;)

But i'm not sure why it can't send the jobs in, Mucks?? Your the linux Guru... you seen this one on your Linux machine?
 
As i said that, it seems to of connected ;)

Done now i'm thinking, we'll see, when do the stats update?

OH Please, I'm just a Linux USER ...

however, just let it wait ... it will reconnect and try again ... it may just have hit some heavy traffic.


People, PLEASE POST A NEW THREAD if you have 'problems' as I do monitor new posts ... sometimes I don't bother reading existing posts. ;)
 
No problem Mucks.

Just got my 3rd WebServer online pumping out both FaD Jobs and F@H Jobs, im using a combination of both to strain the hell out of the server.

I'll end up blowing the damn thing to bits.

IBM xSeries
Quad Xeon 900MHz w/1MB Cache
8GB ECC Ram
350GB Raid 5 Array

And i currently have 3 like that and one AMD 64 3400+ running both FaD and F@H.
 
Well don't go breaking any of them ... the other teams have a head start, we need your 'secret' weapons ... :D
