F.A.S.T. Wizard question

Can I use a WindowsXP sp1 computer with all updates installed to create a
F.A.S.T. collection floppy, run the floppy in a Windows 95 computer to get
some folders, files and settings and then put the floppy into a new computer
with XP sp1 with all updates and install them ?

Fast Runs from the XP CD, if you want to use it on another system, but a
floppy will probably not be an option to transfer the data, if you're doing
very much.
 
Thanks Doug, we're just doing OE with only a few messages and maybe dial up
connections. He may decide he'd like more transferred so using the XP CD and
a CD is probably best. I appreciate your input.
Thank you also Harry, I've printed out Woodruff's write up and find it very
helpful.
