I dowloaded this free backup program today. Real easy to use. After doing
the necessary backup, I realised that I had not backed up my IE and
Favourites, and Outlook Express, as they were not shown in the left pane.
Where do I find these programs to backup them as well?

IE Favorites and cookies are in your personal profile under "Documents and
Settings".

For Outlook Express message store go to Outlook
Express/tools/Options/Maintenance/Store Folder. It will tell you where it
is.
