EZ CD Creator 5 Basic

Why won"t EZ CD creator install all the time?
Direct CD works fine but the project selector locks up
everything. I'm running XP on a 1.8 gig Intel on Intel
board with 64MB GeForce MX 440.
I keep getting the message "cannot create creator"
