EZ Antivirus Problem

I got EZ installed fine, but when I boot up, the real-time scanning is
always turned off and I can't find a way to turn it on..
Anyone have similar experinces or know of a solution?

CA's solution, when I finally gave up and wrote them, is to uninstall
and reinstall their EzAntivirus program. Oh, great. Unfortunately the
product will sometimes get screwed up after a software update and
require, yep, another uninstall and reinstall.
 
haha i guess there is no real solution...GUess I have to stay awau from a
few sites...haha
 
I am running avast! without issue and it is free. Everything works fine,
apart from manual update as this needs to be accessed via the GUI rather
than the systray menu.

i bought the security suite and that solved the anti-virus problem for me
after 2 restarts. cant get the firewall to work tho....!
 
Jaan-I also use Avast! with no problems and it runs in the system tray and
automatically updates perfectly. Avast is not a resourse hog either. ez
virus locked up on resume from hibernation so I removed it and switched to
Avast
