Extremely Unstable ADSL Connection... HELP!

I have an ADSL modem, and I have three computers that use
that one modem to go online. I don't have a router, so I
just plug and unplug each time I want to go online with
that computer. On my newest computer, the connection is
extremely unstable. I can go online for like 5 minutes
and then disconnected for a few minutes and it would go
back on again. It's really screwed up.

I've read that it's possible for programs causing it to
disconnect, but all my computers I turned off all the
start-up programs through msconfig, and the two older
computers work with that connection.

Any pointers on what may cause the problem? Thanks.

This sounds alot like what I've got going on. Did you ever
figure this one out? Are you by any chance using an
nForce2 chipset mainboard?
