extremely slow over network

I recently converted my application from 2000 to 2007. Unfortunately at the
same time my work upgraded network to 2008 server. My BE is on the server and
users are running the FE from their work stations. The FE is considerable
slower but at times it is so slow just going from one record on a form to the
next can take several minutes. Note when i run the FE from the desktop of the
Server where the BE is located, at the same time my users are having the
extreme slow issues, I have no issues with speed. Help.

I can't say that this is it, but make sure that Access databases are exempt
from any network antivirus that may be operating. That's a common cause of
Access-specific network slowdowns. If network access is generally slow --
not just Access -- address that separately.
