Hi,

You can export the slides as images:

Export slides as graphics
http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00022.htm

However, for individual images, it is either copy and paste to a photo
program, or a commercial solution such as Image Importer Wizard for
PowerPoint 97/2000/XP (Version 2.2).

Along with what Glen offered, you can always publish the presentation as a web
page, and all sound/image files will be extracted and placed in the created web
folder.

Ask them for the original files?

[CRITICAL UPDATE - Anyone using Office 2003 should install the critical
update as soon as possible. From PowerPoint, choose "Help -> Check for
Updates".]

Hello,

PowerPoint does not have the specific capability that you are looking.

If you (or anyone else reading this message) think that PowerPoint should
provide better content management tools for finding, EXPORTING, changing,
replacing, optimizing, deleting, etc. linked, embedded and native content
(without have to resort to workarounds VBA or 3rd party add-ins), don't
forget to send your feedback (in YOUR OWN WORDS, please)to Microsoft at:

http://register.microsoft.com/mswish/suggestion.asp

As with all product suggestions, it's important that you not just state
your wish but also WHY it is important to you that your product suggestion
be implemented by Microsoft. Microsoft receives thousands of product
suggestions every day and we read each one but, in any given product
development cycle, there are only sufficient resources to address the ones
that are most important to our customers so take the extra time to state
your case as clearly and completely as possible.

IMPORTANT: Each submission should be a single suggestion (not a list of
suggestions)
