Is there any way to extract audio files once they have been embedded? (2003,
2007 on XP)

And the volume controls on Edit Sound Object seem to have no effect - am I
missing something?

Thanks.

Martin

Hi, Martin,

Use File | Save As and save as HTML. You'll get a folder full of
"supporting" files, and the sound should be in there.

The volume controls work only on some audio file types. If I recall
correctly, it works on the ones that are generated by Windows, or something
like that. So, I believe it works on WMA, for example, but not on MP3. Hang
on a sec...

Oh, wait. Maybe it goes back to our friend, the MCI Media Player.

Thanks Echo. Perfect!
