I have two columns of part numbers. Column A has 340
numbers and column B has those 340 numbers plus 25 new
part numbers spread throughout the list. How can I get
those 25 unique new part numbers sorted into column C?

This seems like it should be fairly simple but I must be
missing something?? Do I need a macro or is there a
function I can use. Any help would be great.

Thanks,
Peter

Possibly the easiest is to copy list B at the bottom of list A, then use
Data/Filter/Advanced filter and select Unique Records -- you can copy this
to a new location, then discard the original, if you wish.

I was having the same sort of trouble and found that Peo
Sjoblom came up with a solution for someone else that
worked perfectly for me for listing only unique entries.
His post was to a question "Reducing A List Of Numbers"

you also.
