Hi,

I have a power point presentation that has an embedded wav file. How can I
extract this file by itself? I'd like to then burn the wav to disk.

Thanks,

The easiest way to do this is to save the file as Web Page (.htm, not .mht).
This will create an HTML file and a folder. The folder will have the media
elements (including pictures and sounds). You can search through the folder
to find your WAV file.
