Extract Photos/Music from PowerPoint Slide Show

I have PowerPoint Viewer 2003 donwloaded for viewing slide shows received via
email. Is there a way to extract photos and/or music with PowerPoint Viewer?
The tool bar is not available so am unable to do save as and alt-print screen
does nnot work either. I am a novice at computing. Any help?
 
You need the full version of PowerPoint to extract anything form your
presentation
