extract help from xp cd

The Help and Support Center is an integrated part of Windows, so it
can't be reinstalled without reinstalling Windows. If you can remember
which file(s) you deleted you may be able to replace them if you have an
XP CD.

This might help.. Click Start, Run, type:

SFC /SCANNOW

Click OK. (Please notice the space before the slash.) If any files are
damaged or missing, they'll be replaced. You may need to reboot
afterwards so damaged files will be replaced.
