Extract data from a Cell

Is there a way to read a cell, which it contains:
The range is from A1...A3700+

City_Name, State/Country (code)
for example: Ontario, CA (XYK)
Some of them don't have the State, but Country.

and put them in each separated column into a new excel file.

It will probably take a little sorting and hand-massaging as well, but the
Data > Text to columns feature should help you a long ways......
