Extra tasks folders being created

I've just installed Office XP on a Tablet pc, and right from the start it is creating new Tasks folders calling them 'Tasks 2' and so on. These were all deleted yesterday, but today however there are 18 additional Tasks folders!

Any Idea what could be going on

Which exchange server version do you connect to? Does someone else has
delegate access to your mailbox or did you open it in two profiles? Removing
permission to create folders will stop it.
