What seems to be blank pages are in fact pages with
nonprinting marks, such as an empty paragraph, which is
inserted whenever you press the ENTER key. You should be
able to select and delete these marks.
However, note that each table is always followed by a
paragraph mark, which cannot be removed. Sometimes, this
paragraph mark doesn't fit on the same page containing the
table, which results in an extra page being added. To deal
with this problem, you can format the paragraph mark very
small, say 1 pt, or you can make it hidden, so that the
extra page won't print.
